A natural person is exempt from property tax in Georgia until his / her annual income (meaning the income received / declared in the territory of Georgia) exceeds 40,000 GEL.

The service fee in our complex is no more than 1 USD per square meter per month. Residents are allowed to use the common area, which includes: outdoor swimming pools for both children and adults. We are handing over apartments in aparthotels with completed reovation, the price includes: the bathroom is equipped with Vitra accessories, built-in kitchen, central heating-cooling system and also 4 functions of a smart house as a gift: motion, smoke, water leak detector, as well as water, sewerage and electricity points.

You can use interest-free installments when buying an apartment:

• Term - up to 24 months;
• Initial contribution - up to 40%;
• Simplified mortgage loans of the Bank of Georgia, TBC or VTB banks

Residence Permit is one of main grounds for a foreigner for his/her entry into Georgia and legal stay.

• Based upon the appropriate grounds, residence permit shall be issued to a foreigner with the right of temporary or permanent residence.
• Different types of residence permits are issued in Georgia with the right to temporary residence, including short-term residence permits issued to foreigners and their family members if the foreigner on the territory of Georgia, in accordance with the rules established by the legislation of Georgia, owns the real estate worth more than 100 000 USD equivalent in GEL.
• A short-term residence permit is issued for a period of 1 year, which can be extended according to the period of ownership of the real estate (apartment).
